For my first entry, let’s start at the beginning and define what this thing called telepresence really is. There are so many interpretations of what constitutes telepresence and what differentiates it from videoconferencing. Before I can ramble about all the newest innovations in the space, how its changing business cultures around the world and certainly before I can convert all of you non-believers out there, we have to start with the basics.
